Don’t Think

“You can’t depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus.”

Mark Twain

How much would you accomplish if you blocked out all the noise in your head?

Distraction is the greatest enemy of peak performance.

Your ability to unleash your true potential is inextricably linked to your level of focus.

The secret is DON’T THINK.

It’s counterintuitive.

Most people “think” they have to “think more” or “think better” to improve a specific skill set.

However, to be your best actually requires understanding proper “technique” and practicing to automaticity–the point where you “just do it” rather than think about it.

Don’t think.

In what ways can you apply this idea to your life and career?

Let me know…
